Summary A naïve villager, Kitsos, who lives in Athens, accepts to work as a doorman at the block of flats where Aris, his old friend, lives, in order to help him marry the daughter of the house owner, Poly. The owner is very cranky and Kitsos has to play fool. In the meanwhile, he finds out that Poly is in love with another tenant, the famous singer Giannis Vogiatzis. Poly’s father assigns Kitsos to spy on his daughter because he is very suspicious, whereas his maid manages to seduce him and marry him while he has mixed up the whole block of flats.
