Summary Rena is a smart young actress whom everyone calls “sharp as a needle”. She falls in love with an upstanding young man, Tony, but the uncles of both of them, Thomas Skarmoutsos and Agamemnon Boumpounas, owners of two small competing businesses manufacturing bathing suits, don’t approve of their relationship. The two young people run away, and their uncles look for them, hiring a detective to search for them everywhere, but the investigations don’t lead anywhere. However, in the competition for the best bathing suit of the year, Tony’s designs win first prize and capture the audience. Then the uncle-competitors put their differences aside, think more maturely and accept the craziness of their niece and nephew.
