Summary This is a film adaptation of the play written by Georgios Roussos: The Lover is Coming. Potis Antonopoulos has a soap business that leaves him no time to take care of Lela, his wife. She follows the proven recipe that her cousin Μina suggests. She pretends to have an affair with another man in order to make her husband jealous and start spending more time with her. Potis and Markos, his best man, who is also quite fanciful, start to look for the alleged lover. They suspect Spyros, the charming man who lives upstairs and is married to a very jealous woman. They set a trap to catch them in the act, but they only manage to complicate the situation. Fortunately, the misunderstanding is clarified, and the couple finds the peace they need.
