Summary Thanasis (Thanasis Vengos) is a kind, hard-working man, a mover, but the money he makes never seems to be enough. He is still trying to make the payments for his truck and at the same time save enough to buy his sister a small house, so she can finally get married. Desperate as he is, he borrows money from his boss, Mr. Apostolis, making things even more difficult. One day, he receives a call to carry away a poor girl’s confiscated belongings. There he realizes in full life’s cruelty and even its paranoia, as he witnesses a surrealistic scene with a bunch of people fighting each other in the middle of the street for no apparent reason whatsoever.
