Summary Angelos is about to leave for Australia. In Piraeus he meets a girl (Anna Fonsou) who falls in love with him. This acquaintance, however, reminds him of his old love (Elena Nathanail), whom he left because her father (Giannis Argyris) didn’t want a poor young man like Angelos to have anything to do with his daughter. Angelos comes to Athens, accompanied by his new girlfriend, who tries to keep him close to her, but he changes his mind and returns to his home on the island of Hydra.
