Summary Beautiful Kaiti, who works at Patroklos house of fashion, is engaged to a lawyer named Lykourgos Karanikolareas. However, despite the vows of faithfulness and commitment he has given her, he flirts with other women. She wants to get back at him and give him some of his own medicine, so she starts flirting with five men at the same time: Lykourgos’ partner Dionyssis; Patroklos’ accountant Pythagoras; an effete man named Renos Dynamitis living above her; a cantor cousin of Patroklos by the name of Iakovos; and Iraklis Karamasistas, director of a wrestling school. On her name day, before deciding whom to marry, she runs off to Thessaloniki with a friend of hers. All five candidates follow her. Halfway through the chase, she decides that Lykourgos is her sweetheart, so now he has to get rid of his rivals.
