Summary A drama with elements of social criticism, based on the research of journalist Kostas Tsarouchas. In a remote Greek village, a ten-year old boy, Panos, is subject to brutal sexual abuse by a local magnate, Manthos. The boy’s mother lodges a complaint with the police. The sergeant of the gendarmerie hesitates to take the necessary actions, because the perpetrator and his brothers have connections in high places. The mother is pressured from all sides to withdraw the accusation, but she resolutely stands her ground. At some point, the case finally is heard. Some journalistic research reveals that a group of young people with expensive motorcycles, who hang around discos, is involved in a network of male prostitution. One of these boys, Pavlos, is indeed the lover of the investigator who has undertaken the case. The investigator is blackmailed to throw out the case. However, an article in a widely read newspaper prevents him from doing so. At the same time, the investigative journalist is trying to save a friend of Pavlos, who has been convicted for the murder of his lover and who, in the end, commits suicide in his cell. The same fate, however, awaits Pavlos, who, in a similar moment, also kills his lover, the investigator. As he is taken to the district prosecutor, he escapes from the policemen and jumps from the courtroom window.
