WITH EVERY SHIPWRECK COMES A HELL

Newlywed Petros Alexiou loses his wife in a shipwreck. For three years, he searches for the man who caused her drowning by stealing her life-vest. The father and a friend of his try talk him out of this obsession with revenge, and they introduce him to Stella Georgiou, a singer who looks just like his lost wife. What they don’t know is that Stella’s sister, Elsa, has hooked up with Alkis Valmas, the unknown man for whom Petros has been desperately searching. Stella suspects that Petros and Alkis are one and the same person, and she abandons him so as not to upset her sister, but when the latter marries Alkis, she realizes her mistake. She goes back to Petros, who finds Alkis on his deathbed and realizes that this person does not deserve his hatred. After their meeting, Alkis falls down the stairs and dies, leaving Elsa alone and pregnant. Petros is finally free and happy by Stella’s side.
