Summary A rich Athenian casanova, Petros Doukas (Nikos Dendramis), is on vacation on an Aegean island, where he falls in love with a pretty island girl, Rina (Miranta Theochari), daughter of the widower Pountas. The girl is engaged to Panos Filikos, a poor fisherman, who misinterprets her behavior and leaves her. The event provokes many comments by the islanders, but the misunderstanding is finally solved, one and for all, and love brings the two young people back together.
