Summary Rosa Delli, an actress well-known for her love scandals, is found stabbed in her dressing room. Inspector Bekas (Titos Vandis) gets in charge of the case and finds himself up against the following questions: who and how committed the murder, given that the door was found locked from inside? The suspects seem to be three: the ladies’ man of the cast Charis Apostolidis who had an argument with her the night of the murder; an unknown man who played her a visit the same night and her colleague Elena Pavlidis who always hated her. The reporter Makris, who is researching the case for his newspaper, manages to work things out, helping Bekas as well. The murderer is Pavlos Stefanou, friend and fosterer of the deceased, who, after the murder, was blackmailed by the unknown man who had visited her – who actually was her husband, Makis Angeloglou, believed to be dead since the occupation – and Thaleia Chalkia, collegue of the deceased.
